Order Processing Times
At Haven Glow, our standard processing time is 7–14 business days for all orders, unless otherwise stated.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Ready-to-ship beauty products, nail sizing kits, and other available merchandise are generally processed within 7–14 business days after payment has been received.
Custom Handmade Press-On Nails
Custom press-on nail sets require approximately 7–14 business days for production.
The processing timeframe begins only after:
- Full payment has been received.
- The final nail design and price have been approved.
- Nail sizing information for all 10 fingers has been confirmed.
Delays in submitting nail measurements, approving designs, or completing payment may delay production.
Orders Containing Multiple Products
Orders containing both custom-made and ready-to-ship items may be shipped together once all products are ready.
If separate shipments are requested, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Transit Time
Shipping transit time is separate from the 7–14 business day processing period and depends on the shipping carrier and selected shipping method.
If Haven Glow is unable to meet the promised shipping timeframe, customers will be contacted with updated information and applicable options under consumer protection laws.
